Division Valorant

I used to play competitive games around LANs in europe for over a decade. Now I am at a ripe age where I just cannot hang with the best. Have 2 kids, aged 9 and 7, who seem to be kicking my backside in most games now.
I work quiet a bit as (don't hate me for this) Health and safety executive in one of the biggest communications network in the UK so time playing games is limited unfortunately.
I am looking to team up with some fairly relaxed people. Solo queue has destroyed my motivation to play and I really would like somewhere I can play in the evenings and some weekends where people will accept the fact I am, more often than not, awful. During the BETA phase I was ranked mainly in Diamond and peaking at Immortal1. Since the release and me not being active I have slumped to gold3 currently. If I don't find friends to play with this could quiet easily fall to iron at this rate!
