Hey!!

My name is Richard :D I am a personal trainer, online fitness coach and I run an Anytime Fitness. I played football for 10 year but due to injury I was forced to stop.

I started my own personal training/online fitness coaching business to help other succeed with their fitness goals, help them create a positive mindset and most of all; ensure the safety of others while lifting because of what happened with myself growing up. I was pushed to the limits by my coach everyday in an unsafe manner and was injured several times with the last injury forcing myself to end my career and dreams.
