Division Overwatch

I'm tired of having unexperienced players without communication in my team, my friend recommended me to join this team as I will be able to play with experienced players and really up my level.
I play occasionally because my job is unstable as I'm a Web developer, so maybe one week I play 5 hours a day and the next week just 2
