Division Call of Duty

My name is Thomas, im 27 years old and ive been gaming since i was about 13-14 properly, ive had a few longish breaks in the middle, but this cod has dragged me back in, i also have an xbox where i play fifa and cod as well but my prefered gaming platform is pc. im a lorry driver by trade and work early so im usually on from about 2pm -8pm on work days. Football is a massive hobby of mine playing and watching and i try to go to a few of my teams games a year, unfortunately that team is newcastle united. the reason im looking for somewhere to join is that i don't have the community i used to online anymore and it gets boring playing on your own with randoms all the time.
