So I'm a laid back IT professional, been gaming all my life. I joined the PC master race around 5 years ago and haven't looked back. I grew up on all the greats, and have almost every console up to the new gen. I used to shy away from competitive online play (except Reach, Halo 3, and MW2/BO, but who didn't play that), but now that's where I love to be. My main games at the moment are Destiny 2, Rocket League, Satisfactory, NMS, Valheim, Overwatch, and whatever else my group of friends wants to play that week. I hated Rocket League for a long time because it's hard out here for a rookie, but I've learned to love it over the last couple months. Just made Plat 1 last night in 3s. Never thought I'd get out of Gold. My only IRL friend that plays doesn't play much anymore, so I need some people to hang out with and play with. These randos gotta go, tbh. I'm pretty quiet, and I sometimes struggle to meet new people without going out of my way to do so. I'm a team player, so I always play Objective. In RL, I try to rotate properly and excel at setting up teammates for shots. I'm not so great as a striker, in all honesty, but I'm getting better there too. The crossbar is and will always be my nemesis, but I'm slowly learning to hit the shots I want to.
