Division Destiny 2

Hello!

My name is Machina (as in "deus ex machina"), I am 33 years old and I am software developer/systems engineer. I have been gaming since gameboys needed their own detachable light because backlights were not a thing yet (neither was color for that matter! lol) and I finally caught up to the PC gaming age a few years ago when all of my friends suddenly started playing Destiny 2. Destiny has been my main focus, still is and probably forever will be! It is the first game I boot up when I turn my rig on, and since they have now incorporated fishing, I can now throw out Animal Crossing for good as well (kidding...kinda LOL)

I wish to join Seismic because some of my closest friends love it here and I just want to game with like-minded people. I am also very big on no-judgement zones and people who don't make you feel dumb for not knowing something. I heard that Seismic is a great safe space and want to find a D2 home. Destiny is also no fun alone, and I love the culture that Bungie makes an effort to enforce throughout all our gameplay. "GG's" is a vibe I feel as though Seismic can offer based on what I've read and what my friends have told me.

In my spare time I love coding or learning more types of code, drawing, reading, cycling, and probably literally everything under the sun (thank you, ADHD).

I have been playing D2 since 2021 and I have all the expansion packs and season passes, even some merch so I am ready for whatever! The only thing is lately, I have become a bit more of a casual gamer in general as my workload picks up in my day to day life so how heavy I play week to week will rely mostly on how busy work is. I stare at a screen for a living, so a lot of the time I wont be present for huge things like raids unless I am absolutely sure I have the energy and endurance at the end of my work day or weekends.
