Division Rainbow Six: Siege

Im looking to play a lot more ranked. I started with the starter edition of the game with 2 ops and earned a full lineup in a difficult manner. I play frag/ hardbreach and like callouts. I've been playing with some French gold/plat teams and since I don't speak french I'm looking for an English team to play with. I say im looking to play more ranked as I often don't play ranked until my teammates are ranked which leads to higher elo games but a lower win rate for me. I'm working on fundamentals but I doing well and having fun carrying low-rank games when not with the french.

I'm on everyday after work from 6 to 10 p.m. I have increased my K/d in casual from .7 to .9 in the last 2 month and am likely to push into 1+ by the end of the month.
