Division Rainbow Six: Siege

I am a 7th grade teacher and starting an Esports team at our local HS. Started playing Siege during Operation Parabellum on PS4 then saw the light and tried it out on PC was atrocious but managed Silver in my first season then Gold during Wind Bastion. Love to game and play Siege. I'd like to join Seismic because I would to play Siege in a more competitive manner and I am tired having to play with inconsistent teams and that I am capable of higher levels of performance were I to have a consistent group.
