Division Rainbow Six: Siege

Hello, I am 19 and my name is Matt.
I play drums for a living so most of the time I practice and play gigs...
I play rainbow six siege since the begging, for me its the best game ever :D, long time I was searching for a clan to play because all my old friends quit gaming...
So now I am here and I wanna try and see how I will feel in your clan (I hope good :D).
In the past I was playing ESL and I was on a more competitive side of the game, now I dont have nearly as much time so I just have fun and play ranked most of the time...
If you do have a competitive scene I am curious to see how you guys work and how much time do you require spending on it but other than that I repeat myself that I wanna join to play ranked and have fun with some mature and respectful people.
