Hey hey!

My IRL name is Dan, and I turned the somewhat ancient age of 30 this month. I'm based in the UK, and have been playing R6 Siege for maybe 2 months now, and love it. I've been gaming since before I can really remember, starting with things like the game boy, Sega megadrive, and going on to play on the PlayStation, xbox, and eventually PC. I'd say I'm currently more a PC gamer who still enjoys console play here and there.

R6 Siege really clicked for me as a PVP, though I'd stayed away for quite some time despite some friends urging me to play. It's tactical, it's hard, there's an epic learning curve, and I'm always looking to improve but constantly having fun no matter if the outcome is a win or loss. Don't get me wrong, I'm basically in it to win it, but I will rarely start a game without wishing luck to everyone and I kind of enjoy being the opposite of a toxic player. It's ultimately all fun and games, with a little bit of seriousness peppered in.

Although I'm 30 and technically getting on in years compared to the esports players of today, I'd love to get a little close to that.

Outside of gaming, I'm into cycling, binge watching shows, climbing, and chilling with a bunch of mates (occasionally in the form of a bit of tabletop gaming).

Anyway, I hope to hear back and talk to other like minded folks!
